NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - Salvatore Zaccagnino of New Rochelle died Dec. 18. He was 72.
Zaccagnino was born June 26, 1941, in New Rochelle, to Salvatore and Jennie (Telesco) Zaccagnino. He was a retired electrician who worked for Local 3 for over 40 years.
Zaccagnino is survived by his children, Jeanine (Tommy) Gresis, Jacquelyn (Lou) Iannacchino, and Salvatore (Angela) Zaccagnino; twin brother, Daniel; sisters, Katherine, Marie, Rose; and seven grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents; and sister, Dolores.
Calling hours are Saturday, Dec. 21 and Sunday, Dec. 22 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel, 16 Shea Pl, New Rochelle. A Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 23 at St. Anthony of Padua Church in West Harrison. Burial will follow at Greenwood Union Cemetery.
