NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - Angelina Maffucci DeMatteis, a longtime resident of New Rochelle, died Nov. 20. She was 95.
DeMatteis was born Jan. 15, 1919, in Pennsylvania, to Pietro and Maria Carmella (Zabatta) Maffucci.
DeMatteis is survived by her siblings, Annette Jones, Daniel (Pattie) Maffucci, Florence (Dominick) Rubino and Jane (Pat) Acocella; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents; husband, Louis DeMatteis; and sister, Norina Gilberg.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 24 at Blessed Sacrament Church. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre.
