NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- New Rochelle native Ray Rice will appeal his indefinite suspension by the NFL by claiming the video footage of him knocking his now-wife unconscious in an Atlantic City casino elevator was edited, according to News 12 Westchester.
Rice will also argue that he was punished twice for the same incident, which is a violation of the players union agreement with the league, News 12 Westchester reported.
TMZ, the media outlet who released the video says they edited the video, but only to prevent the video from being jerky, News 12 Westchester said.
