NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. Here is a list of upcoming events at the New Rochelle YMCA.The organization is having a meeting for all Y volunteers Friday at 4 p.m. to coordinate help for October events.The organization will hold a Phone-a-Thon from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of next week to raise funds to support the New Rochelle YMCA.Volunteers will receive training at the beginning of the evening, along with scripts for when calling takes place. Refreshments will be served.The Y's first-ever "speed friending" event will be held Oct. 21. Members and non-members will have an opportunity to make new friends and renew old friendships.
