Multiple Items Taken in New Rochelle Robbery

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – A 37-year-old male victim had his wallet containing $300, a cell phone, his birth certificate and Honduras identification card taken after being approached by four individuals in a Huguenot Street and Centre Avenue robbery Sunday, said New Rochelle Police Department Detective Sgt. Robert Torr.

The victim was punched and held to the ground, but was not injured, police said.

Also on the blotter: A large altercation at the Radisson Hotel New Rochelle ended in one arrest for disorderly conduct, including fighting and violent behavior. Officers found patrons inside and outside of the hotel upon their arrival on scene. The individual was released after posting $100 bail.
