Movie Scene Shoot Moved out of New Rochelle

NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. - A movie scene for the Universal Studios film "Marchers" that was to be filmed in New Rochelle at the end of the month will now be shot in New York City. The action scene involving the construction of a house and burning of a car was supposed to be filmed in at Ward Acres Park.

Logistics did not work out locally, said New Rochelle Communications Manager Kathy Gilwit.
