WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. - A flood advisory has been issued by the National Weather Service for Westchester Wednesday.
The advisory is in effect until 2 p.m.
Heavy rain showers and isolated thunderstorms were moving through the area Wednesday afternoon. The forecast called for an inch of rain.
