New Rochelle Library Offers Tax Counseling Services
NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- The New Rochelle Library will begin offering volunteer income tax assistance every Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
The New Rochelle Public Library will host free tax assistance every Tuesday and Thursday.
