Connor Ryan, 1, and his dog, Coye of New Rochelle won the Pet Pantry Warehouse's annual Howl and Prowl costume contest in Greenwich, Conn., for best parent and pet costume.

Connor was Elmo, one of his favorite characters, and Coye was Big Bird.
