NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. -- Chef Bill Rosenberg of NoMa Social is all about fall flavors. That is why his menu at the eatery inside the Radisson Hotel is ever-changing and the seasonal food always evolving.
New for fall are: Rioja and cola-braised short ribs, exotic mushrooms, shrimp and marsala, smoked mozzarella with fig jam, arctic char tartare tacos and a large charcuterie platter with assorted cheeses and dry-cured meats.
Another added special: Place your order before 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the restaurant will send over a complimentary bottle of its (red or white) house wine.
