NEW ROCHELLE, N.Y. – Registration is now open for English as a second language courses offered by Westchester Community College English Language Institute at the New Rochelle Public Library.
Class levels are beginner to low intermediate. Registration dates are Monday, Aug. 24 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; Thursday, Aug. 27 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.; and Thursday, Sept. 3 from 5-7 p.m. in the meeting room on the first floor of the library.
The fee is $20, payable at registration by check or money order. Books are required; book fee of $38 is payable in cash on the first day of class. Books are available at the library.
