Man Indicted For Allegedly Stabbing Uncle To Death In Levittown A Long Island man is facing life in prison for allegedly stabbing his elderly uncle to death in Nassau County. Dix Hills resident David Cahoon, 40, was indicted on Thursday, July 25, after being arraigned by a grand jury for allegedly stabbing his 70-year-old uncle to death in his Levittown home. Cahoon was arraigned and charged with second-degree murder, possession of a forged instrument and grand larceny. He was remanded to custody and is scheduled to appear back in court on Tuesday, Aug. 27. If convicted of murder, Cahoon will face a maximum term of between 25 years to life in prison. …
