Man Killed In Overnight Crash On Middle Country Road A 57-year-old man was killed in a two-vehicle crash that occurred overnight in Suffolk County. Candace Porter was driving a 2015 Toyota Corolla northbound on Wading River Hollow Road when the vehicle collided with a 2005 Honda Sedan, driven by Necmi Gurel that was traveling westbound on Middle Country Road at approximately 12:10 a.m. Tuesday, May 7, Suffolk County Police said. Gurel, of Farmingville, was pronounced dead at the scene by a physician assistant from the Office of the Suffolk County Medical Examiner, according to police.
