Father, Son Stabbed By Contractor, Worker On Long Island A Long Island father and son were stabbed by a contractor and another man during a fight at the home where the two were working. The incident took place in Suffolk County around 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, June 7 at 2686 44th St. in Copiague. Clerk Hit With Gun During Uniondale Gas Station Robbery Police are investigating a robbery at a Long Island gas station in which the suspect pulled out a gun and demanded money and struck an employee. It took place in Uniondale around 10:30 p.m., Thursday, May 19 at the Valero Gas Station located at 940 Nassau Road. According to detectives, a man entered the gas station, pulled out a gun and demanded money, and then struck a 25-year-old employee with the handgun.
