A University of Pennsylvania study recently published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences found that people who earn $85,000 or more per year are happier than those who earn less. A new report from NewYorkUpstate.com, citing information from niche.com's 2019 rankings highlighted the best counties in the Empire State for outdoor activities.
