Three Long Island Companies Ordered To Stop Distributing Misbranded Drugs, Supplements Three Long Island corporations have been ordered to stop distributing adulterated and misbranded and unapproved drugs and misbranded dietary supplements. The United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York announced on Thursday, Dec. 26 that it issued a consent decree to the three corporations, ABH Nature’s Products, Inc., ABH Pharma, Inc., and StockNutra.com, Inc. (together, “ABH”), each of Edgewood in Suffolk County, and their owner, Mohammed Jahirul Islam. Man Sentenced For Role In String Of Long Island Retail Business Burglaries A Long Island man has been sentenced for his role in more than a dozen retail business robberies. United States District Judge Denis R. Hurley sentenced James Rogers, 49, of Hempstead to 184 months in prison for conspiring to commit gunpoint robberies of retail stores in Nassau and Suffolk between August 10, 2015 and Dec. 21, 2015. Rogers also brandished a firearm during the robbery of a Petco store in Hicksville, New York on Aug. 20, 2015.
