Covid-19: Here's List Of Underlying Conditions, Comorbidities Now Eligible To Get Vaccine In NY With approximately four million New Yorkers with underlying illnesses soon to be eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, the state has released an initial list of which comorbidities have been included. On Friday, Feb. 5, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced that the state will be pivoting its vaccination plan to include a new cohort of people that suffer from certain underlying conditions.
