Westbury Woman Stabs Man In Front Of 3-Year-Old Girl In Roosevelt, Police Say A Long Island woman from allegedly stabbed a man in the presence of her 3-year-old daughter. Nassau County Police officers responded to Oswalt Place in Roosevelt Sunday, Aug. 25 at 5:36 p.m. where they discovered a 30-year-old male victim suffering from a stab wound to his upper torso, police said. The defendant, Tyana Cooper Waite, 26, of Westbury, who was known to the victim, was located at her residence and taken into custody without incident, according to police. The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries. Waite reportedly had her 3-year-old daughter…
