19-Year-Old Drove Drunk On Long Island Expressway With Girl, 15, In Car, Police Say A 19-year-old man driving while intoxicated under Leandra’s Law after he was pulled over on the Long Island Expressway for speeding in Suffolk County. It happened eastbound near Exit 63 in Holtsville on Sunday, Oct. 20 just before 2 a.m., Suffolk County Police said.
