12 Indicted For Massive Drug Trafficking Ring On South Shore, DA Says A dozen people were arraigned after a monthslong investigation into an alleged drug trafficking ring on Long Island resulted in the recovery of eight pounds of cocaine, among other drugs and weapons, authorities announced. On Wednesday, Sept. 13, all 12 suspects were indicted for their alleged roles in a drug trafficking ring that sold “poison in the form of crack, cocaine and fentanyl, ” across the South Shore of Nassau County, District Attorney Anne T.
