Police: Man Faces Assault Charge For Running Over His Brother At Long Island Hotel Parking Lot A man has been charged with assault and driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol after he ran over his brother with a motor vehicle in the parking lot of a Long Island hotel, police say. Brothers Thomas Delaney and Michael Dubhlaine were engaged in a verbal argument in the parking lot of the Hyatt Regency Long Island, located at 1717 Motor Parkway in Hauppauge, at approximately 9:10 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 9, according to Suffolk County Police.
