Man On Cocaine, Fentanyl Drove 120 MPH During Massapequa Crash That Killed Dad, Kids: Police The man responsible for a triple-fatal crash on Long Island has been identified and faces multiple charges, police announced. On Friday, Aug. 11, Nassau County Police announced that Michael Deangelo, age 32, was arrested in connection to a Massapequa car crash that killed three members of the same family. Deangelo, who is from Lindenhurst, was reportedly driving under the influence of cocaine and fentanyl on Sunday, Aug. 6 on Sunrise Highway when he hit three other cars at approximately 7:20 p.m. One second prior to the impact, he was traveling 120.55 miles per hour.
