According to Southampton Police Lt. Susan Ralph, the bus from the Riverhead Central School District was involved in the crash around 4:15 p.m., Monday, Sept. 20 in Suffolk County on Route 24. The driver of the box truck, Juan I. Gillen Jimenez, age 42, was transported by helicopter to Stony Brook Hospital for serious injuries. Alert Issued For Two Missing Long Island Girls Police on Long Island are asking the public for help locating two juvenile girls who have not been seen since before the Memorial Day weekend. The Southampton Town Police Department is actively looking to locate Johana Esmeralda Munguia Rodezno, age 13,  and Anna J. Munguia, age 14, both of Flanders. Three Injured In Long Island Head-On Crash Three Long Island residents were injured during a head-on crash when one of the drivers allegedly crossed over into the other vehicle's lane.  The crash took place around 2:27 p.m., Monday, Dec. 14, on Flanders Road in Southampton, said Lt.
