The incident happened in Patchogue, at the 7-Eleven store located near Montauk Highway and Bay Avenue, at around 9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11. Suffolk County Police said 37-year-old Ronald Rios, of East Patchogue, made sexual comments to a 13-year-old girl. Person Hospitalized After 2-Vehicle Long Island Crash A person was hospitalized after a two-vehicle overnight Long Island crash. It happened around 6:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, in Coram. A 47-year-old Coram man was riding a bicycle northbound on West Yaphank Road, south of Beach Lane, when he was struck by a northbound 2015 Hyundai Sonata driven by a 48-year-old woman. The bicyclist was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital with serious injuries. Grace, The driver of the Sonata was not injured.
