Woman Killed, Alleged Drunk Driver Seriously Injured After Long Island SUV Crash A woman was killed and a man who was allegedly driving drunk was seriously injured when an SUV crashed into a pole overnight on Long Island, police said. It happened just before 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 8 in Southampton on County Road 51 just south of Suffolk Community College in the southbound lane.  Responding officers located the 2011 Nissan Pathfinder that had crashed into a metal pole with two occupants in the vehicle, Lt.
