Man Nabbed Entering East Garden City Hotel Room, Making 'Sexual' Remarks, Police Say A 35-year-old man was arrested for burglary after allegedly illegally entering a Long Island hotel room and making inappropriate remarks to the guests inside. 24-Year-Old Sexually Abused Girl In Elmont, Police Say A 24-year-old man has been charged with sexually abusing a girl after entering an apartment in Elmont. The incident happened on Sunday, June 30 at 4:15 a.m., Nassau County Police said. According to detectives, defendant Alex Rivera of Elmont touched the victim inappropriately against her will after entering the apartment.
