Road-Rage Murder Update: Baldwin Man Identified As Victim The man brutally killed by beating after a road rage incident on Saturday, April 15 has been identified as David McKenzie, age 54, of Baldwin, police said.  McKenzie was pronounced dead after 26-year-old Patrick Destine allegedly beat him to death. The incident occurred when Destine and McKenzie's cars collided.  Both got out and began to argue verbally, authorities claim, but Destine began to kick  McKenzie in the head violently.
