17-Year-Old Charged With Stabbing Another Teen In Face On Long Island, Police Say A Long Island juvenile has been arrested for allegedly stabbing another teen in the face with a butter knife during an altercation. The incident took place in Riverhead around 8 p.m. on Sunday, July 10. The attack was discovered when officers responded to a report of an assault with a knife at the Timothy Hill Ladybug House, Sound Avenue, said the Riverhead Police. It was reported that two residents were in a physical altercation resulting in a 17-year-old male stabbing an 18-year-old male in the face with a butter knife causing an injury, police said.
