Third Suspect Nabbed For Stealing More Than $260K In Goods From LI Bloomingdale's, Police Say Police have now charged a third suspect in connection with more than $260,000 in thefts from a Bloomingdale's on Long Island. The suspects were responsible for multiple larcenies on multiple dates over the course of a year at the store in East Garden City. Nassau County Police said. Police announced the third suspect, 24-year-old Raphael Julian, of Freeport, was arrested on Sunday, Dec. 29 at 1:15 a.m. in Franklin Square.
