Oxycodone Pills, Loaded Handgun Discovered After Nassau County Traffic Stop, Police Say
A 27-year-old man was charged after police said he resisted arrest and was found to be in possession of oxycodone pills and a loaded handgun following a traffic stop on Long Island. Randy Scott was arrested for the incident in Inwood, which occurred at 2:20 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 18, the Nassau County Police Department reported. NCPD said officers initiated a traffic stop after seeing a blue Toyota sedan commit a number of infractions in the area of Pearl Street and West End Avenue in Inwood.
