Woman Killed In Northern State Parkway Crash A 25-year-old woman was killed when she was ejected from a motorcycle during a crash on the Northern State Parkway. Passenger Carina J. Castro Perez, 25, of Westbury, was killed around 8:44 p.m., Tuesday, April 23, east of Exit 26N in the town of North Hempstead, said New York State Trooper Daniel Ahlgrim.  A preliminary investigation revealed that the collision occurred when a 2006 Suzuki motorcycle traveling eastbound in the left lane, lost control and struck the center median, he said.  The impact caused the ejection of both riders.
