Two East End Affordable Housing Developments Getting $1.8M From Suffolk County Suffolk County will provide $1.8 million for two affordable housing projects on East End. One of these, Gansett Meadow will be located in Amagansett, and the second project, Vineyard View, will be located in Greenport, said Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone in the announcement.  The Gansett Meadow development will be less than half a mile away for the Long Island Rail Road station.  The project will include 37 units, 36 of which will be affordable to residents.
