Andres “Andy” Fernandez, 44, of Melville, was convicted of murder and other charges for the fatal shooting of Louis Barbati, the owner of L&B Spumoni Gardens in Brooklyn outside his Dyker Heights home, Brooklyn DA Eric Gonzalez announced.
