Man Robs Nassau County Gas Station At Gunpoint, Police Say Police are searching for an armed man who allegedly robbed a Long Island gas station at gunpoint. The incident took place around 6 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 8, at the Conoco Gas Station in Elmont, said the Nassau County Police. Police: Man, Juvenile Nabbed Stealing Items From Nassau Auto Sales Trailer A man and a juvenile were arrested for allegedly stealing items from a Long Island auto sales store. Rolando Jean, 18, of Brooklyn, and the juvenile, age 17, were arrested around 2:08 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 7, by Nassau County Police in Elmont, said the Nassau County Police. Two Nabbed For Selling Vaping Products To Minors During Long Island Sting Operation Two people were arrested for selling vaping products to minors during a sting operation titled "Vape Out." The operation was carried out on Thursday, Oct. 10, by using underage agents (under the age of 21) working with detectives from the Narcotics Vice Squad, said the Nassau County Police. During the sting, the group visited various stores known to sell vaping products, the department said.
