It happened at around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 16 in Deer Park. The man, identified as Sheldon Singh of Deer Park, was driving a 2011 BMW sedan eastbound on Liberty Street east of Deer Park Avenue when his vehicle left the roadway and crashed into a tree, Suffolk County Police said.
