The incident happened just before 2 p.m. Pacific Time Thursday, Oct. 21, at a rank in the area, the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office said. Cuomo Signs Bill Banning Teachers From Carrying Guns On School Grounds There will be no armed teachers in New York State schools. Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed legislation this week that will bar teachers and other school employees from possessing guns on school grounds.
