Queens Man Caught With 'Fishing' Tool During Stop, Police Say A 29-year-old man was allegedly nabbed with a device that is used to “fish” checks, gift cards or packages out of large mailboxes. Marlon Brown, 29, of Queens, was arrested on Tuesday, Oct. 29, after Greenwich Police responded to the Cos Cob train station on a report of a suspicious vehicle possibly involved in drug activity, said Greenwich Police Lt. John Slusarz. When police arrived on the scene, they found Brown who gave officers two fake names before his real identity was discovered by taking his fingerprints, Slusarz said.
