The incident happened at around 9:20 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 9, in Shirley, on the Sunrise Highway Service Road near Maple Avenue, according to Suffolk County Police. Investigators said Kimberly Diaz, age 27, of West Babylon, was driving a GMC Yukon eastbound on the service road when she lost control and crashed into a utility pole. The incident took place around 8:40 a.m., Friday, Dec. 25, at the Bolla Market, located at 2155 Linden Boulevard in Elmont, said the Nassau County Police. According to detectives, two men entered the market and approached the beer section. Each man grabbed four cases of beer and exited the store without paying, police said.
