IDs Released For Fatal Shooting With Serious Injury At Long Island Complex The identities have been released of a person who was killed and another who was seriously injured in a shooting at a Long Island complex. The incident happened on Christmas Day, Friday, Dec. 25 at approximately 12:45 a.m. in Commack. A man entered the building at 450 Moreland Road, confronted an employee, displayed a gun, and demanded to see a resident, Suffolk County Police said.  The employee brought the man to the resident’s room, according to police.
