Blaze Breaks Out At Several Valley Stream Stores An early morning fire spread to several stores on Long Island. The blaze broke out around 5:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 27  in Valley Stream. The blaze broke out at Orange Skye Day Spa, located at 50 Rockaway Ave., according to Nassau County Police. The fire took place in Woodbury at the Nassau County Police Department's Second Precinct around 10:15 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 26. 3 Occupants Evacuated From Burning Residential Building On Long Island Three occupants of a Long Island residential building were evacuated after a blaze broke out early in the morning. A Nassau County Police officer saw was on routine patrol in Oceanside and saw smoke coming from the corner of a building on Oceanside Road at about 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 9, NCPD reported. Police said the officer knocked on the front door of the home and helped the three occupants who were in the process of evacuating.
