The "Jersey Shore" star announced on Instagram the store will be in Huntington. Women's Fashion Brand Opens At Smith Haven Mall Trendy women's fashion brand Windsor is opening a store at Smith Haven Mall. Two grand opening events are set, one on Saturday, Sept. 28 and Saturday, Oct. 5, both with DJs and giveaways, according to the mall. Windsor was founded in 1937 as a family-owned women’s fashion store in southern California.  The store carries trendy styles for special occasions, nights out, and every day wear.
