St. Anthony's School Threat Sends Teen To Police For Help A rumor that a teen was going to "shoot up" a high school sent a 16-year-old to the police for help. The Hampton Bays teen went to the Southampton Town Police for help around 5:15 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 1, and said that he was the subject of social media chatter suggesting he was going to shoot up a high school, said Southampton Police Sgt. Joseph D'Arce.
