The wreck happened at around 12:15 a.m. Monday, April 15, in Bay Shore near the intersection of 5th Avenue and Spur Drive North. Suffolk County Police said a 32-year-old Bay Shore man was driving a Volkswagen sedan northbound on 5th Avenue when he tried making a left turn onto Spur Drive North. At 8:55 a.m. on Tuesday, May 2, Nassau County police responded to an East Meadow home for a call about a woman in labor. When First Precinct Officers Joseph Tuffarelli and Chris Makastchian arrived, they saw that the 34-year-old wasn’t just in active labor, but was moments away from having her baby. Condition Of Accused Killer Of Missing Mom 'Dire' As Court Orders Rearrest If He Survives Three new arrest warrants were issued for Fotis Dulos, the estranged husband of Fairfield County missing mother of five Jennifer Farber Dulos, at an emergency bond hearing, as his attorneys described his condition as "dire." “His medical condition is dire,” Norm Pattis, Dulos' attorney told Judge Gary White on Wednesday, Jan. 29 during the hearing in Stamford.  Pattis also said Dulos' family was expected to arrive later Wednesday from his native Greece and waived extradition proceedings so the family could visit him at the Jacobi Medical Center in the Bronx.
