Long Island Teen Charged With Dwai After Crossing Double Yellow Line, Sheriff Says An early morning traffic stop on Long Island for a swerving driver led to the arrest of a teenager who was allegedly under the influence of drugs, the Suffolk County Sheriff announced. Shortly after 7 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 27, deputies from the Suffolk County Sheriff’s Department stopped Shoreham resident Donovan Morant, 19, on the Route 25A Bypass in Rocky Point after he was spotted repeatedly crossing the double yellow lines on the roadway.
