A man has been sentenced to decades in prison after beating his girlfriend to death and leaving her body in a boarding house, authorities announced. Huntington resident Christopher Jackson, age 46, has been sentenced to 23 years in prison after admitting to bludgeoning his girlfriend to death with a piece of furniture and leaving her lifeless body in a Village of Hunting boarding house before turning himself in to police investigators a week later. Man Charged With Murder After Girlfriend Found Dead In Long Island Residence
A man has been charged with murder after his girlfriend was found dead in their Long Island residence, police announced. The landlord for the property located in Huntington at 22 Elm St. called 911 on Monday, Jan. 18 at 2:08 p.m. to request that police check on the welfare of a tenant who had not been seen in several days.
