Man Charged For Fatal Long Island Hit-Run A Long Island man is facing charges six months after he allegedly struck a 42-year-old woman and fled, leaving her to die on the side of the road. Long Island Woman Accused Of Driving Drunk In Crash That Killed Bicyclist A woman who was allegedly driving drunk hit in a crash that killed a bicyclist on Long Island, police said. The Suffolk Countycrash took place at 6 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 30, on Flamingo Avenue in Montauk, said the East Hampton Town Police. According to police, Lisa L. Rooney, 30, was driving a 2019 Chevy Silverado southbound on Flamingo Avenue when she hit, John James Usma-Quintero, 28, of Montauk, who was also traveling southbound. Usma-Quintero was transported via Montauk Ambulance to Stony Brook Southampton Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Rooney was charged with DWI.  Det…
