High School Coach Accused Of Sexually Abusing Student On Long Island An Islip High School coach has been arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a student at the school, according to the Suffolk County Police. Tyler Murphy, 25, of Islip, was charged on Friday, May 3, after school officials notified the school resource officer of an incident during which he inappropriately touched a female student around 8:20 p.m., Thursday, May 2, at the school at 2508 Union Blvd, said the Suffolk County Police.
