Man Wanted For Stealing From Long Island Liquor Store

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers has released photos of a pair of suspects who allegedly robbed a Long Island liquor store over the summer.

An alert has been issued by Suffolk County Police Seventh Precinct Crime Section investigators as they seek the public’s assistance in tracking down a man who allegedly stole a bottle of whiskey with a co-conspirator from a Shirley liquor store in August.

It is alleged that at approximately 4:40 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 22, a man and woman stole a bottle of Jack Daniels Single Barrel liquor from Ace Wine & Liquors on Montauk Highway. The woman who accompanied the suspect was arrested the day after the alleged theft, on Friday, Aug. 23.

Anyone with information regarding the incident or who has information regarding the suspect’s whereabouts has been asked to contact Suffolk County Crime Stoppers by calling 1-800-220-TIPS.
