Dulce Velasques was last seen in Hempstead on Monday, June 13, and she was reported missing on Tuesday, June 14, according to the Nassau County Police Department.
Dulce is described as being 5-foot-1 and 110 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair, NCPD said.
Her clothing description and possible destination are not known, police said.
Authorities asked anyone with information about Dulce's whereabouts to call the Nassau County Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or call 911.
