New Round Of I-684 Lane Closures Scheduled

There will be multiple lanes closed temporarily over the weekend on I-684 as contracting crews continue construction work in the area.

The New York State Department of Transportation announced that from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 1, there will be double lane closures northbound on the interstate between exit 8 (Hardscrabble Road) and exit 9 (I-84) in Westchester and Putnam counties.

Motorists can expect delays, the NYSDOT warned. Drivers have been advised to seek alternate routes, when available, and to follow the directions of traffic control devices and flaggers in the area.
